Description
When I don’t feel like cooking, this is the chicken soup recipe I always make. This recipe is inspired by Filipino tinola, but I like to add my own little twist. It’s healthy, yummy, full of flavor, and very comforting.
This is the kind of food I make when I want something easy, cozy, and comforting without doing too much in the kitchen.
Ingredients for Chicken Soup Recipe:
2 lbs Chicken (thighs and drumsticks)
8-10 cups Water
2-3 Roma or Beef Steak Tomatows
2-3 thumb-sized Ginger, crushed
1 medium sized Yellow Onion
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Half of a cabbage or sometimes I use green beans
About 3 handfuls of any greens of your choice. I usually use bokchoy, malunggay or spinach
