In this weeks video we travel to Surrey to explore a pub which has been closed for almost 17 years, a place that should have been Fun & interesting place to document.. but our visit quickly turned into one of the most dangerous and scariest places I have ever stepped foot inside…
The Thurlow Arms is a famously abandoned Victorian railway pub located next to the defunct Baynards Station in Surrey, close to the Downs Link path. Built in the 1860s to serve the railway, it operated until 2009, featuring a brewery and unique railway memorabilia. It is often described as one of the best UK abandoned, "time capsule" locations…
Originally built as a railway hotel, it was later known as the Thurlow Arms or Baynard Hotel. The Baynards Brewery was established at the site in 1996 and closed in 2000, with the pub finally closing in 2009.
Our visit here should have been relatively safe
& easy to film.. but this quickly turned into something a lot more sinister… with boobytraps set up in most of the room’s, some so dangerous.. we actually started to fear for our life’s….
This was by far one of the most terrifying places I have ever visited!…. Whoever set these up, clearly do not want anymore visitors……
