I began with a material cutting test on 3mm plywood, exploring power levels from 10% to 100% and speeds from 100 to 1000 mm/min to evaluate cutting consistency and efficiency. From there I engraved a detailed 20 cm by 20 cm image on plywood before moving on to engraving artwork onto an anodized aluminium business card. Using the same material thickness, I then cut a functional napkin holder to demonstrate practical fabrication. The built-in AI creation tools inside TOOCAA Studio were used to generate a design engraved onto a wooden coin, followed by a portrait engraving of my nephew Aren onto plywood. I continued with cylindrical work, engraving a rolling pin and a stainless steel hip flask, then switched materials again to cut earrings from black acrylic using preset parameters from TOOCAA Studio. Finally, I engraved a design onto PU leather to create a polished coffee coaster, showcasing the wide material range supported by the system.
