Ingredients:
* 3 Sheets Rice Paper
* 150g Extra Lean Ground Beef (Cooked)
* Diced Onions
* Diced Pickles
* Sliced Tomatoes
* Salt and Pepper
* Garlic Powder
* Sesame Seeds
* 1 Egg
Burger Sauce:
* 20g Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise
* 10g Yellow Mustard
* 10ml Pickle Juice
* 10g Sugar Free Ketchup
* 2 Tbsp Diced Pickles
* 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
* Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1. Start by cooking your extra lean ground beef on a high heat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the edges turn crispy.
2. Mix the following ingredients for the burger sauce: 20g Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise, 10g Yellow Mustard, 10ml Pickle Juice, 10g Sugar Free Ketchup, 2 Tbsp Diced Pickles, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, Pinch of Salt and Pepper.
3. Whisk 1 egg on a plate and coat each sheet of rice paper one by one, lay them horizontally with slight overlap in between the sheets.
4. Place all your filling on the rice paper and roll, ensuring that the ends are tucked in.
5. Fold into itself, forming the shape of a swirl, coat in an egg wash and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
6. Bake or air fry at 180°C for 15–17 mins and enjoy!
