A bartender (Matthew Modine) captivates a stingy customer (Martin Landau) with the saga of two rival mob families who go to war after one of their children is stiffed on a tip.
The cast includes Charles Durning (The Muppet Movie, Scarface), Louise Fletcher (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest), Billy Drago (The Untouchables), Scott Baio (Happy Days, Charles in Charge), Jack McGee (Rescue Me), Patrick Renna (The Sandlot), Leigh-Allyn Baker (Will & Grace), Paul Ben-Victor (The Wire), Burt Young (Rocky), and Ben Gazzara (Road House). Written by Paul T. Murray (who portrays Smiley) and directed by Tony Vitale (Kiss Me, Guido).
The movie screened at a few film festivals and quickly got tied up in legal limbo. It never attained wide distribution in the USA, and its only home media release was an extremely rare Greek DVD, from which this is sourced.
