Part Two of our Tackett Creek ride picks up right where V-Rock left us, with Josh’s Can-Am Maverick X3 up on two wheels and a full SXS recovery mission underway.
Getting the X3 back on four wheels was only the beginning. With broken driveline components, one driven wheel and some seriously expensive-sounding noises, we had to figure out how to get the machine off the trail and hopefully save the rest of Josh’s Tennessee riding trip.
What follows is a mix of SXS recovery, trail-side diagnosis, mechanical carnage, repairs and teamwork as the group works through one problem after another.
