SUPER EASY!
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
+ 2 apples or other fruits (optional)
Directions:
Whisk eggs with sugar until foamy.
Beat for 7-10 minutes.
2 apples cut into cubes.
Gradually add flour.
Add apples and mix well.
Grease the bowl with butter.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes, using a toothpick inserted in the center to test for doneness.
Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Decorate with icing sugar (optional)
