Ingredients
⅔ cup of butter, softened (150 g )
⅔ cup of granulated sugar (150 g)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 g)
½ teaspoons salt
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (375 g)
1 teaspoons of baking soda (5 g)
Bake in a preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 12-15 minutes
