After months away from the channel, this is why. This is a Century Jet Models F-106 Delta Dart. 1:10 scale, all composite. This airframe sat untouched for 15 years before I got my hands on it. No instructions. No plans. Just a pile of parts and a vision of what it could become.

The F-106 Delta Dart was America's last pure interceptor and held the FAI world absolute speed record. This build will be finished in that exact paint scheme, and this is where it all begins. Episode 1 covers the full rough construction: speed brakes, wing mounting, elevons, vertical tail, rudder, inlet cowls and rough gear install. Every constraint on this build forced a better solution than what I originally planned.
