*The spray drier evaporated the ocean water at 180°C for 1h, which should have basically sanitized the salt.
A little while ago we made a video on our spray drier, which turns liquids into powder, and on that video, we got a lot of comments saying to use ocean water.
So recently we got some ocean water from Florida, and we're going to put it into the spray drier to see what happens. We basically already know what will happen though, and we're almost certain that it will just make a lot of sea salt.
