This is the purest salt I've ever seen

*The spray drier evaporated the ocean water at 180°C for 1h, which should have basically sanitized the salt.

A little while ago we made a video on our spray drier, which turns liquids into powder, and on that video, we got a lot of comments saying to use ocean water.

So recently we got some ocean water from Florida, and we're going to put it into the spray drier to see what happens. We basically already know what will happen though, and we're almost certain that it will just make a lot of sea salt.

Fizzy ice cream is crazy

Short | 3 months ago

So in the end, instead of fizzy ice cream, we ended up making tingly ice cream, which I still think is pretty interesting. Overall I really like the idea of fizzy ice cream, and we'll have to attempt to make it again, but use something else other than dry i...

Turning titanium gold using electricity

Short | 3 months ago

So we were successfully able to turn titanium gold using electricity, and all jokes aside, we didn't actually make titanium 2. The color is still from an oxide layer called "Over Voltage", which is why Reggie said that we were in no man's land. #shorts

Apparently real pearls are made of calcium carbonate, which is basically chalk, so something like muriatic acid (hydrochloric acid) should react with them. #shorts

Eating the world's biggest pop rock

Short | 4 months ago

These gigantic pop rocks are no joke. They were made from scratch from when we made pop rocks, and they were definitely an experience. And by experience I mean kind of dangerous, and I'm really surprised that Reggie was ok after eating the biggest one. #shorts

This coin isn't illegal (probably)

Short | 4 months ago

I still can't believe how well the coin turned out, and I'm relieved that it doesn't actually work in my vending machine. Note: this coin was designed by Reggie back in 2024, which is why it has that year on it. #shorts

Short | 4 months ago

It's crazy how much luminol makes blood glow. It lit up areas that I didn't even see the blood. These were some of coolest visuals I've ever seen with luminol. #shorts
