Description
I lost 40 pounds. Not 10, not 15—40. From 172 to 132 in 6 months with a singular focus.
This isn't a diet video or a workout breakdown. It's about identity. It's about what happens when you stop trying to do everything and commit to one thing with the clarity of an archer who finally knows where the bullseye is.
I talk about working with my coach Ash Richards on the version of me I wanted to become. About how the old version (you know, the one who doesn't want to meal prep or obsess over fitness) slowly, methodically became someone who prefers the discipline because it's easier than the noise.

DM him that i sent ya! 😊
And the metaphor that got me there: learning to drive. You can't learn stick shift by getting in the car, putting your foot on the brake, then jumping out and doing something else. You commit. You give it your full attention. And eventually, you're cutting your own hair and eating a sandwich while changing the music on the highway.
This principle applies to everything—fitness, business, creation. When you're ready to actually build something instead of wish for it, focus beats everything.
If you want the full diet breakdown, I made a video on that recently. Check it out.
Till next time. Peace.
