Marshmallow fondant ingredients:
200 gr mashmallow
400 gr powdered sugar or icing sugar
30-50 gr powdered sugar if still sticky dough
cornstarch for dusting and kneading the dough
2-3 tbsp of water
food cooloring
The Ingredients for chocolate cake:
200 grams sugar
130 gr flour
180 or less 150 grams flour
1 large egg
1/4 tsp salt
35 grams Cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
120 ml hot water
120 ml hot milk
60 ml oil
any flavoring
I used orange essence
sometimes rum essence my favorite.
bake at 180°C for 18 minutes for the cupcakes
for the cake 35-40 minutes.
chocolate frosting recipe:
500 ml milk
35 gr cocoa powder
35 gr cornstarch
a pinch of salt
rum essence or any flavoring
