Description
Make classic, bakery-style doughnuts at home by combining a rich yeast dough with warm milk, sugar, flour, and butter. Proof the dough until it doubles in size, cut out the shapes, and deep-fry them until golden brown. Finish by dusting with powder sugar or dipping in a homemade glaze or chocolate glaze.
chocolate cream filling:
100 ml cream
100 gr white chocolate
1/4 tsp ubeness flavoring
The Ingredients;
125 gr flour
1 whole egg + egg yolk
3 gr salt
40 gr butter
flavoring , I used ubeness
1-2 gr sugar
30 gr flour
10 gr fresh yeast + 4 tbsp warm water
chocolate glazed ingredients:
100 ml cream
100 gr white chocolate
Ingredienti:

1 uovo intero + tuorlo
3 g di sale
40 g di burro
Aroma (io ho usato l'ubeness)
1-2 g di zucchero
30 g di farina
10 g di lievito di birra fresco + 4 cucchiai di acqua tiepida
