Season your steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then grill it over high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 50°C (122°F).

Next, place the steak in an @ChefsTemp Blanket and zip it closed. As the temperature slowly rises, the juices redistribute throughout the meat, giving you a perfectly even cook from edge to edge.

Once the temperature stops rising, your steak is perfectly rested and ready to slice.
