The Lieutenants House

Description

Finally I decided to go explore this property on a typically wet English grey day. Just about every urbexer has visited this one in recent years, & so you would think a lot was known about it's history. alas I could not discover much at all, it looks to be a victorian building circa 1880/1900, as a guess. Originally either built or brought by a banker from the smoke. one of it's occupants had a career in the royal navy & progressed to Lieutenant. Lots of old photo's scattered everywhere & lots & lots of books...again;-) The children that once lived there, looked to have been well educated seeing old school photo's, as well as many items relating to thier childhood spent reading & playing games, listening to music etc...all the normal stuff.
Quite a lot of books were about war mostly, but not exclusively, The last occupant an elderly woman passed away in 2013 Thirteen years after her husband.
The explore was a pretty relaxed one, I just had to be carefull of being seen through some windows by a neighbouring property, also it was not easy walking around upstairs on account of all the items strewn around the floors & passageways, one room that I dared not to enter was due to having seen the state of the ceiling in the room below it. plus there was quite a bit of mold in the stairwell, also I decided the attic was beyond me, partly knowing what was up there, from Stare's explore video, youtube channel "Stare" so if you want to see what's up there, or was up there you will have to go & watch his explore, you won't regret it.
Thanks for reading this & viewing the explore, keep safe all.
