As industrial fishing and accidental net entanglements threaten these ancient creatures, local communities face a difficult choice between economic survival and environmental protection. This story follows the urgent mission to transform how coastal towns view their local marine life. By working directly with local fishermen, the movement aims to establish sustainable ecotourism, proving that these incredible ocean giants are worth far more alive than dead.
