Description
A good cast gets your lure where the fish are, but the right jigging action is what triggers the bite. Keep your retrieve steady, add short, sharp twitches, and let the lure do the work.
We put this technique to the test, and it paid off with an awesome Spanish mackerel! Took it home and made a wonderful dinner with it. A simple marinated fried mackerel plus rice is a wonderful way to appreciate the catch of the day! 🔥🐟
Sometimes a small change in how you work your lure can make all the difference.
