Welcome to Day 2 of H.E.A.T. Testing Week. 🔥
Today we're putting your lower body strength and conditioning to the test with:
🏋️ Front Squat (1 Rep Max)
🦵Lower body pump session
🔥 5-Minute AMRAP
- 10 V-Ups
- 10 Dumbbell Hang Snatches
- 5 Burpees
The goal of Testing Week is to establish your baseline so you can track your progress throughout the H.E.A.T. Program. Record your results, give every test your best effort, and use them to guide your training moving forward.
This is about measuring where you are today so you can see how far you go tomorrow.
