2 days solo wild camping enjoying nature. I start off this bushcraft camping trip at my basecamp, just taking it easy and then hiking into a beech forest for an overnighter where it rained all day. The poncho shelter offers sufficient cover in mild rain, but since I brought along a bivy bag I was dry all night despite the wind and rain picking up at times. As requested before, I show a bit of the interior of my canvas tent shelter and how I store a few essential items in it. I usually keep meat and perishables in a wooden crate box outside in cold weather. Temperatures are still freezing at night but warmer during the days , so on this trip I brought the meat frozen and let it defrost overnight.
The tent has been up since the beginning of the past winter season and stood all kinds of weather without a problem. As mentioned before, this tent was gifted to me by a friend, if you are interested in one google canvas wall tent. Thanks for watching - Ric
