The Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary is the smallest ZOOM lens for crop sensor mirrorless cameras with an aperture of f/2.8.

This video includes a review of the lens used on the Sony ZV-e10. I share a TON of demo footage from different environments and situations so you can see the beautiful imagery it produces. I test this lens for vlogging, capturing cinematic portraits, and chasing my child in 120fps.
Sigma makes amazing lenses all around, but the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 DC DN really is the BEST vlogging lens, or all-around lens for those looking for a minimalist setup. It not only captures your classic, front-facing vlogging shot with a bit of background blur, it also extends to get cinematic closeup shots that add variety to your vlog as a whole.
With the fairly large aperture, constant aperture of f/2.8, you are able to get that shallow depth of field, background or foreground blur, dreamy bokeh, enhanced low light performance, and gorgeous, cinematic look you JUST can’t get from a kit lens.
In fact, the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary is the PERFECT upgrade to the kit lens that comes with the Sony Mirrorless cameras.
Currently, the Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary lens is made for Sony E mount cameras, and Leica L mount alliance. Unfortunately, is NOT yet made with a Canon M mount- which would allow it to attach to the Canon M50 Mark II, Canon M6 Mark II, or other Canon crop sensor mirrorless cameras.
I am HOPING Sigma decides to make this lens with an M mount because I know it would be well-loved by the viewers of this channel.
