Since mortal kombat REFUSES to add shaggy to Mk 11 we had to add our boy shaggy ultra instinct into super smash bros ultimate. shaggy and Scooby have been added to super smash bros ultimate so that we can see the true shaggy power when he reaches ultra instinct.
