We've all had to deal with way too many pickahu and pichu players in smash ultimate now that their considered top tier. But Are they the best pokemon that we could have in this game? We decided to see if Raichu could become one of the best pokemon in Smash! To do this we also needed to add professor Oak to the game just so we could have the right man to evolve pickachu!
