The Scorpions celebrated their 60th band anniversary with a very special show in the city where it all began – in Hanover, Germany. The band rocked with fans from around the world at the Heinz von Heiden Arena under the motto ‘Coming Home’. The cult band wanted something unique for the monumental show in front of 45,000 fans. Production Designer Manfred Nikitser and Creative Producer Marissa Munderloh give insights on how they boosted this year's Scorpions’ touring concept, which already includes a giant inflatable, with show extras such as PixMob wristbands and the integration of flames and fireworks. The lighting design was also expanded to guarantee fans an unforgettable evening.
