How many summer vacations are wasted playing video games or watching videos? My advice for students is to lean into intentionality this summer, to challenge themselves, get involved in their community, and most importantly, find a mentor as they continue to fight for their futures by making wise choices.
Noah Couser is a middle school physical education and health teacher from Montana. The goal of this channel is to provide advice and direction for all who are desiring to make the most of their mental health and relationships. Raising awareness for mental health in an age of anxiety, depression, loneliness and suicide is close to Noah's heart, and the lifeblood of this channel is getting young people (and all people) to realize they have a future, a purpose, and a crucial place in this world.
