Description
SayIntentions.AI has built a strong reputation for AI-powered air traffic control in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. But can it deliver the same experience in X-Plane 12?
Today on Q8Pilot, we're putting SayIntentions.AI to the test in X-Plane 12 to find out whether its ATC realism, natural voice interactions, IFR procedures, and overall reliability can match the experience we've come to expect in MSFS 2024.
This isn't just an addon showcase. We're taking SayIntentions.AI through a complete flight, testing its capabilities, exploring its limitations, and evaluating whether X-Plane 12 pilots are getting an equally compelling experience.
TODAY'S FLIGHT / TEST
• Simulator: X-Plane 12
• Addon: SayIntentions.AI
• Main focus: AI-powered air traffic control
• Comparison benchmark: SayIntentions.AI in MSFS 2024
• Key question: Is it as good in X-Plane 12?
WHAT WE ARE TESTING
• AI ATC realism and natural radio communications
• IFR clearance delivery and readback recognition
• Taxi instructions, departure clearances, and ATC handoffs
• Enroute communications and contextual awareness
• Descent, approach vectors, and landing clearances
• Voice quality, responsiveness, and reliability
• X-Plane 12 integration and simulator-specific limitations
• How the overall experience compares with MSFS 2024
We'll also examine where SayIntentions.AI excels, where improvements are needed, and whether it delivers enough immersion to become part of your regular X-Plane 12 flying experience.
Throughout the stream, share your questions, experiences, and observations in the chat. We'll finish with an independent Q8Pilot verdict based on what we actually experience during the flight.
