Rouge the Bat was doing some cave exploration until she found a peculiar hole, and some instincts (more akin to her love for jewels) got her into curiously exploring it to see if she could come out just fine.
Unfortunately, it didn't go too well, especially as we see the horror that Knuckles just witnessed.

Rouge's body has always been a debate in the Sonic community from recent censorship (goodness, the wings on clothed is something alright). Personally, I'm not too biased on how Rouge should look, but if her sexiness remains intact, then she's still Rouge. At least imo.

This is based on the TikTok meme regarding cavers caving into holes (commonly miscalled as "cave divers" for "cave diving", unless water is actually involved). And I admit that yes this is also inspired by a horror manga lol.
