Description
Ah, one of the classic simple cute anime "meme" videos on YouTube. Now reanimated in Source Filmmaker in its glory! Starring (my AU) Sally Acorn.

Alright, another #Short video, and one that is a very old YouTube classic "Buri Hamachi". This must have contributed to the trend of animation memes. I think I'll do more of these little dance edit stuff, alongside my other "dumb meme" content.
This project was already completed last year, but I didn't release it until now as I was intending to complete the other Sally Acorn short. But since that one is out, this classic meme might as well be uploaded now. It's a repetitive loop, but I find this adorable.
Oh, and of course this is a little more showcase of my kitbash/headhack SFM session of Sally Acorn, being full squirrel and not too "chipmunk". I mainly use the head of Pixelrush's edit of the Sally Acorn model for more facial flexes. The body is also that of JCThornton Sally Acorn (both Archie and SATAM version, the latter used for swimsuit), with the addition of a tail from Skippy Squirrel. Some outfit assets used from Splatoon, Ninjala and Pokemon, and ponytail from a TF2 Fortnite hairstyle model.
The lines on the feet are because I shrunk the toes, just to fit in more with the weirdness of Sonic design that is floppy, toeless feet. I know it looks stupid, but I've long established the Sonic direction of those weird feet in my channel.
For those confused about the fish, it is both one to fit in the original Buri Hamachi meme and also a reference to a SATAM concept art where the old design Sally (whose outfit this video is referencing) made Sonic kiss the fish when he was attempting to kiss her. Poor Sonic.
Buri Hamachi originates from the rather obscure game "Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel". The original song is titled "EXEC_HYMME_BATTLESPHERE/.#Saki extracting" and is a theme song for Saki. The whole game has its unique fighting mechanic of... outfit removal. Ahahha, well that kinda isn't reflected well in this Short, but the swimsuit kinda counts?
The 3D renders are done in Source Filmmaker, with the pink background edited in Realworld Paint. The video is edited in VEGAS Pro 18.
