Hey Afam 💜 I’ve got to admit I’ve been scared to share this, but I’m so glad I’m finally doing it. Exposure Therapy is a new series I’m starting to face the parts of creating that scare me most: the pressure, the self-doubt, the fear of failing in public. It’s my way of being honest about what it really feels like to put your work out there.
In the first episode, I open up about a time I poured everything into a project that didn’t turn out the way I’d hoped. It’s about the doubts that creep in, the fear of sharing, and how to keep creating even when you feel knocked down.
