Since I couldn't find any videos on Youtube on how to replace newer hybrid battery cells in the Toyota Highlander, I decided to make one myself. This is a quick video on the process I used to replace a couple of bad cells in our Toyota Highlander hybrid. To deep cycle and test the individual cells please see my other videos. These are the same cells found in the Lexus RH400h & RX450h hybrids from 2006 - 2019. Possibly in other hybrid batteries also. Please do your own research when working with high voltage systems like these. Always wear safety gear to avoid getting hurt. The total working voltage of these traction battery packs is around 300 volts fully charged and balanced.
