Yes or no?
No is the answer for me, you have no visibility of traffic on the roundabout when moving passed the high sided van.
Just because the indicator isn't on, doesn't mean it is working, it could be broken, or in this case it does work, but the driver didn't use it before on the roundabout. Perhaps because he wasn't sure where he was going.
Either way, take care, don't rush, keep safe.
