Due to the bushes, there is no visibility of traffic approaching the junction in the side road until the last second.
Something didn't feel right that day, so on approach I did a shoulder check, no traffic behind and started to move out.
Boom, this driver appears, shoots the junction and goes straight into the cycle lane.
If I hadn't moved out I would have had to have done a hard stop.
It's not like the cycle lane is painted a different colour to the road.
