Ingredients
1.5 pounds Cooked Ground beef
*seasoned with: 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon, garlic powder, black pepper, and ground cumin
-10-15 Guajillo
2 chiles de árbol (for spice)
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 Tbs Mexican oregano
5 cups of water from the boiled chiles
1/2 Tbsp oil (neutral)
-12 corn tortillas
3 -4 cups of Mexican cheese blend
1 onion
Toppings: Mexican cream, Cotija cheese, green onion
