Description
Writer Mikey Fresh sits with @quavohuncho5077 in Los Angeles as he counts down to the release of his third studio album, QRÖMELIFE. The project also marks the first time he’s locked in with a sole producer on an album. As one-third of Atlanta’s groundbreaking rap group #migos, the bando bandit has helped create flows and cadences that have influenced and shaped Southern #hiphop's sound after the likes of Jeezy, T.I., and others. These days, the 35-year-old trap legend in the making is older and wiser, with a clearer vision of what he wants his legacy to represent. Here, Huncho talks about his artistic evolution, recording his new album on a yacht with Pharrell, reuniting with Offset for a new Migos album, the viral “Hotel Lobby” AI challenge, and how the little ways he feels Takeoff's spiritual presence in his life. #quavo
