Named after the city that neighbours the Goodwood Motor Circuit, the Chichester Cup was first held in West Sussex in 1949 and remained a staple throughout the '50s and ‘60s, launching the careers of motorsport greats including Jim Clark and John Surtees. At the Goodwood Revival presented by Dunlop, it’s a 20-minute race showcasing rear-engined, drum-braked Formula Junior cars from the dawn of this entry-level single-seater series and is always a fixture that delivers highly competitive racing.
