Description
Any chance we get to talk about the man that won the hearts of, not just a nation, but the world of rallying is something we'll always take. We had the privilege of hosting Colin in previous years at Goodwood and he always bought into the Goodwood spirit entertaining the crowds.
This year we had the pleasure of having his brother Alister and his nephew Max driving a piece of McRae history around the Forest Rally Stage presented by Subaru. The Ford Focus may have finished runner up to Richard Burns in 2001, but it has a strong place in our heart as it evokes such incredible memories of one of rally's greatest eras.
Thankfully Goodwood is a place this level of machinery is still used as it should be today.
