How to use different covers to protect young vegetable plants from rabbits, deer and pigeons. In my no dig garden I show Thermacrop, garden mesh and bird netting protecting newly planted beetroot, lettuce and carrots.
The Thermacrop at the start of this video is also excellent for shading, and you can lay it directly on plants without using hoops.
No dig, with few weeds, makes it easier.
The beetroot is Flaming Barrel, and there's still time to sow it.
