Policewoman Victoria Locher's false police report and false accusation: According to the news, the accident at Richterswil station happened at 4.30 pm, while the victim did not arrive until 6.00 pm at Richterswil station. The victim was at the Richterswil station for about a minute when he was approached by the security staff. The interaction with the SBB security staff lasted 30 seconds and the victim always followed the instructions respectfully.
The facts according to the penal order: "On the occasion of a personal accident, the security staff determines that the accused is standing close to the barrier and filming the mission."
The victim was at least 30 meters from the barrier and thus stood more than 100 meters from the scene of the accident. The victim was waiting for a train and did not know that a personal accident had occurred. The SBB security staff did not inform him at any time. The victim was at the Richterswil station for a minute when the SBB security guards approached him and demanded the ID card and the mobile from him, without informing him that an accident had come to fruition or that train traffic was impaired.
