Description
The victim presented his ID details verbally and his local driver license to Policeman in training Morina. This was "not good enough" and the two policemen did not check the ID details. Their goal was to find a reason to arrest the victim:

2:05 After refusing to accept verbal personal details, he also refuses to accept a local driver license stating "that's not an ID". A local driver license is accepted as an ID in Switzerland.

The false police report states that the victim showed them his cell phone and they saw a video of themselves. "The video was very shaky and unusable" which meant that the victim was drunk.

Arrest process:
The victim spoke to the patrol PS A. Morina and Wm mbA R. Salzgeber in Terminal 2 and wanted to take a photo of the patrol. He was holding a beer and seemed drunk to us. He was told that he was not allowed to take a photo from close up and could do so from far away. He then took a video from a distance and proudly presented it to us. When he raised his phone to take a photo from close up, he was instructed not to do so. As he did not move away and began to argue, we decided to check the person. As he then went very slowly and did not want to show the required papers, we took him to police station A11-2 to have his ID checked. For his and our safety, he was arrested as he gave us an unpredictable impression. The transfer to the police station on foot went without a hitch.
Investigations/additions
The identity of was subsequently clearly established using the Swiss B residence permit he was carrying.
The video was very shaky and unusable, which reinforced our impression that he was drunk. He showed us the video himself before the check. We did not examine his mobile phone.
From his point of view, he did not want to bother us and saw the situation as a misunderstanding. He had great respect for the work of the police and did not want to cause any further trouble. He had only drunk one beer and no more. However, he refused to take a breathalyzer test. Due to his subsequent cooperation, he was released from the checkpoint at 7:30 p.m. after his identity had been established. No further report was made. He stated that he would leave the airport immediately, so no expulsion was ordered.
There was no need for a list of effects, as he always had his effects in view.
