500 gm of thin poha
½ cup of peanuts
½ cup of roasted chana dal
½ cup of cashew nuts
10-12 green chilli
½ cup of dry coconut
handful bunch of curry leaves
2 tsp of cumin seeds
2 tsp of fennel seeds
5-6 black pepper
5-6 cloves
1 tsp of dry mango powder
1 tsp of asafoetida
2 tbsp of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of salt
2 tsp of turmeric powder
½ tsp of red chilli powder
