Description
Freddie Roach told Pacquiao to stay off the ropes. Manny answered by rebounding off the ropes with looping left hands, then circling and darting so Oscar could never predict where he would be.
Rather than retreating from the jab, Pacquiao baited it. He made De La Hoya commit, slipped at the last moment, and even crossed under the jab with a lead uppercut counter.
