Description

Making a high-protein cheesecake never looked this good 🥵🍰
45g protein and it tastes like a cheat meal.

Using the calorie counter app @fitia.app.en to make sure this fits in with my daily macros.

Ingredients (2 servings)

• 566 g fat-free cottage cheese
• 1 scoop vanilla or cheesecake whey protein (about 30 g)
• 1 Oreo Thin, chopped
• 1 Oreo Thin for garnish

Chocolate Sauce

• 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 30 g sugar-free syrup (maple or pancake syrup)
• Splash of water if needed



Method

1. Blend the base
Add the cottage cheese and whey protein to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

2. Add the Oreo
Chop 1 Oreo Thin into small pieces and fold it through the cheesecake mixture.

3. Divide into cups
Split the mixture evenly between two small containers.

4. Make the chocolate sauce
In a small bowl mix cocoa powder with sugar-free syrup until smooth. Add a splash of water if needed to thin.

5. Top and chill
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cheesecake. Add half an Oreo Thin on top of each. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours for the best texture.
