I could fall asleep within five minutes. I relied on power naps just to get through the afternoon… even though I was sleeping 8–10 hours every night.

Recently, that changed.

Not gradually. Not because of a supplement. Not because of a new sleep routine.
After one polyvagal-based therapy session, something shifted in my nervous system.
