OFF-GRID Shop Utility Room | Siding, Soundproofing & Electrical

The final step to completing our Quonset Hut Shop that we started over two years ago is finishing the utility room that houses our solar system, generator and boiler. Shiplap siding, soundproofing insulation and lights keep this equipment room not only clean but also function to decrease the generator noise and help with ventilation. It may have taken longer than expected with a few other winter chores and a needlessly tricky ship ladder but we got it done in the comfort of the warm shop!
