Teja Udovič Kovačič (1999) is an award-winning accordionist and recipient of the prestigious Prešeren Award from the Academy of Music, University of Ljubljana, for outstanding artistic achievements. She has performed as a soloist with major orchestras including the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra, the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, and numerous chamber ensembles across Europe.
A multiple prize winner at international competitions and national TEMSIG competitions (2023, 2020, 2017, 2011), Teja has graced stages at renowned festivals including Festival de Chartres, Le printemps des bretelles in France, and the International Contemporary Music Festival Biennale Koper. She studied under Prof. Borut Zagoranski and refined her artistry with Prof. Marie-Andrée Joerger in Strasbourg.
