OBD2 iRound gauge - Revision 2. how does the new one work? Fiat 124 Lusso Boost Gauge

Descripción

Windbooster sent me another Cammus iRound when I asked for a new remote to replace my old one - the new unit looks to be made to the same specs as the old one, same great display and functionality, but lacks the analog temp sensor input box of the first revision part. The only actual difference I can see is the OBD2 now has a pass-through on the under-dash connector.

the OBD2 functionality is over all quite good. I've found it seems to work best on vehicles newer than 2005 but works with most basic parameters back to 1996.

I installed this gauge on my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider Lusso as I was looking for a boost gauge to keep track of manifold pressures with the tune, etc.

Initially, I ran in to refresh rate problems, but those solved themselves.

things I think should be improved:
-more obvious menu for language.
-ability to run more than two parameters
-ability to change units
-ability to change gauge ranges
-ability to rotate the gauge image in degrees (non flat mounts, inverted mounts)
-touch screen fallback in case the required remote is misplaced.

over all, this thing rocks. extremely well made, reliable, very crispy TFT that holds up well in bright sunlight

its a permenant fixture of the 124's dash.
