After her newborn daughter spent two months in the NICU before passing away, Carly Itami returned to that unit as a NICU Family Support Program Coordinator, inspired to help other families receive the same care and support she did. Since 2001, we've reached more than 1.25 million NICU families across the country, helping them feel informed, supported, and less alone during some of their most difficult days.
