Mango cheesecake no bake create simple recipe card
Ingredients:
12-14 Marie biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
140 ml thick cream
6-7 tbsp cream cheese
6 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup mango puree
1 cup mango puree for top layer
whipped cream for topping
Method:
* Crush Marie biscuits into fine crumbs.Mix with melted butter and press evenly into the base of serving glasses. Chill for 15 minutes.
* Combine together, cream, cream cheese, condensed milk and mango puree. Blend into smooth mixture.
* Add cream mixture on top of biscuit base. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Spoon mango puree on top of cream mixture.
* Pipe whipped cream and garnish with mango cubes.
