For those not familiar with Nicole Atkinson, Nicole was Shanann Watts' best friend. Shanann Watts, along with her two daughters, were murdered by her husband, Chris Watts, in August of 2018. It was basically thanks to Nicole's concern of her best friend and her daughters' whereabouts that led to Chris' arrest within days of her disappearance.
