Description
Andrew Fiacco shot to death his friend, Stephen McAfee, in March of 2016. One year later a tip led to the arrest of Andrew Fiacco as well as his girlfriend, Eevette McDonald. During the investigation it was revealed that months after Andrew murdered Stephen, Andrew and Eeevette returned to the scene of the crime and dismembered Stephen and buried him in 2 separate locations.
During Fiacco's police interview, Fiacco claimed he shot Andrew once in the stomach and twice in the back, however, forensics showed that Stephen was shot two times in the face and not the back.

Detective Morfino tells Andrew that they (investigators) know details of his involvement in the disappearance of Stephen McAfee and this is his chance to talk.
Admission 9:29
After denying knowing anything about Stephens whereabouts for over a year, Andrew tells detective Morfino that he met up with Stephen the night he disappeared to sell him weed and that dropped him of afterward. Detective Morfino continues to chip away at Andrew.
Excavator 17:04
Another detective in the room says to Andrew "what if I brought an excavator over to your back yard?" which basically tells Andrew the investigators do know that some of Stephen's remains are buried in his back yard. Detectives chip away at Andrew some more.
Confession 23:36
Andrew tells detectives his version of events of what happened the night Stephen was murdered. Andrew leaves out a lot of details at first, but as detectives chip away, Andrew tells more.
Dismemberment 30:29
Andrew mentions Eevette McDonald's involvement and how they dismembered and disposed of Stephens body months later. Investigators ask follow up questions about the dismemberment, transportation, and burying of Stephen's body

Detectives ask follow up questions about everything, including why Andrew felt the need to have a gun the night he met up with Stephen, Eevette's involvement and other questions about the murder.
Andrew Fiacco was found guilty of second-degree murder and sentenced to 50 to 70 years in prison for the 2016 shooting death and dismemberment of his childhood friend Stephen McAfee.
Eevette MacDonald was sentenced to one year in prison and three years of probation after pleading guilty to disinterment and mutilation of a body as well as being an accessory. Another charge, lying to police, was dropped as a result of a plea bargain and she agreed to testify in Fiacco's murder trial.
